Be a Mentor

We offer opportunities for one-on-one or small group mentoring during lunch one time per week or twice a month.  Eat lunch together, read a book or play a game with a student; be that positive role model for a elementary, middle or high school student!  A volunteer registration form and a one hour training is required.

Volunteer at a Reality U Event

Join us in teaching students about financial literacy and help prepare them for their future by volunteering at one of our Reality U events. This fast-paced hands-on learning experience gives students a glimpse at what their life would be like at 26. It provides them with a salary that the students use to make ends meet for a month by purchasing all the necessities in life including housing, transportation, groceries, insurance, childcare, while also budgeting for entertainment and vacations. Volunteers are needed to run the booths the students visit to make these purchases. Training is provided before the event begins for every volunteer! To sign up to volunteer for one of our upcoming Reality U events, visit our Reality U website. Contact Patrick Sehl for opportunities with Reality U

Organization Support

At The Pando Initiative, we are always seeking individuals to volunteer for special events, participate on a committee, or join our Board of Directors. In order for us to continue to help students connect, engage and thrive we need the support of individuals like you to make a difference.
