At The Pando Initiative, we believe students should be celebrated when they set goals and work hard to reach them. Incentives give students something fun to look forward to and help keep them motivated and engaged at school. That is why we are launching our Pando Incentive Drive, and inviting you to help recognize student success.
Why Incentives Matter
When students know their effort will be noticed and celebrated, they are more likely to stay focused, show up, and keep going. Small rewards can mark big moments, like improving attendance, turning in assignments on time, making positive choices, or reaching a personal goal.
Incentives such as snacks, gift cards, and small prizes are used by our Student Support Advocates to recognize students who set and achieve goals at school. These rewards are not handouts. They are earned, and they reinforce the message that hard work matters and is worth celebrating.
What We’re Collecting
This year, the drive is focused on incentives only. We are asking for donations of:

Incentive items: Fun small prizes like fidgets, school spirit items, water bottles, stickers, keychains, toys, and other age-appropriate rewards.

Gift cards: Gift cards that students can earn or that staff can use to purchase additional incentive items. (Fast food, coffee, retail, and general use cards are all helpful.)
These items help Pando staff celebrate the everyday wins that add up to long-term success.

Donate Gift Cards: Gift cards allow students to choose their own reward or allow staff to purchase high-need incentives. To donate gift cards, please contact us.

Make a Monetary Contribution: Your donation helps us purchase the most needed incentives for students. Online donations can be made here.

Spread the Word: Share this drive with friends, family, coworkers, or your organization and invite others to get involved.
The Impact of Your Support
Every incentive you donate becomes a way to say, “You did it. Your effort matters.” These rewards help students feel seen, proud, and excited to keep going. The Pando Incentive Drive helps provide these items to students across our Pando schools and supports the work of our Student Support Advocates every day.
